We would like to tell you about a new family group called InclusionWorks North Shorethat is family-led and is an excellent way to get inclusive, individualized services to support young adults. InclusionWorks North Shore is for 19-23 year old individuals who have qualified with CLBC to receive adult services and have opted or may be consideringopting for the direct) individualized funding path. Families in InclusionWorks groups have a vision of meaningful lives for their children including work, lifelong learning, recreation and increased independence - all integrated in the community. The group on the North Shore is being modelled after InclusionWorks groups in Victoria and Saanich. For more information about those programs go to Inclusion Works. If you are interested in joining the InclusionWorks North Shore group or would like to learn more, please contact David at [email protected] or Jillian at [email protected]. Hope to hear from you!
Please contact Jillian or David at the above emails if you are curious about InclusionWorks North Shore. They are looking forward to answering your questions.
